David's began his real estate career with Bob Parks Realty. In 1993 David founded Apple Real Estate Service, Inc. His desire to offer his customers the best marketing ideas and unsurpassed service led him to affiliate in 1998 with Crye-Leike, Realtors, the #1 Real Estate Company in the Southeast.

David now brings that same commitment and devotion to his customers to his own company - David SullivanCo. - Real Estate. David believes in creating a winning team and has formed relationships with the best agents in the industry to create a wealth of knowledge and harmony for his clientele.

David is involved with several local and statewide charitable organizations including Child Abuse Prevention, a not-for-profit organization that provides help for the parents and children with domestic issues and The Good Shepherd Children's Home which provides shelter and care for abandoned children. In 1997 Governor Don Sunquist recognized David for his outstanding service in the best interest and highest traditions of the State of Tennessee.
